Quala’s facility boasts four technologically advanced and environmentally sound chemical cleaning bays, two sophisticated food grade wash bays, and four maintenance bays. More than 6,900 square feet of office space is available for lease, and 2,152 square feet is devoted to the truck drivers’ lounge, break room and rest rooms.

The vat-style wash system was built to Quala specifications. Boilers supply enough steam to handle up to 12 tanks at a time.

The Savannah location handles tank trailers and tank containers and has ample room for tank container storage.

Eagle’s construction challenges included the relocation of over 60,000 cy of buried wood chips and construction debris and replacement with imported select fill during an exceptionally rainy/wet year. Despite this challenge Eagle Excavation was able to bring this project in on schedule.

Eagle performed all the site work including clearing, grading, sanitary, lift station, storm, water, bio-retention ponds, curb, paving, striping and traffic signals. The project included extensive modifications to the county roads and intersections at the entrance to the project.
